I was able to get a lot of these off of the “Suspicious Spectators” at the Arena (Seawatch Cove) in Qalia
I got some of the fireworks ie the Spider one of the Jharru in Striven Valley.
White Thestran Lampare from lvl 30-32 3Dot Karusians in Zossyr Hakrel
You can get all of the fireworks needed for this quest, plus the other quest, along with arcane parts for both arcane quests at the Undead Elves in Swamps of Rumug. They are lvl 46-47 2 dots. I completed 4 quests, and 1/2 of another quest just by killing them, and the snakes that occassionally spawn (which gave parts to the small animal quest I belive). They respawn very fast, which makes it a good place to go!
Some of these were also attained in the Renton Keep (killing inside Ants Nest.
I’ve completed this on two characters killing Adept and Acolyte humanoids in the RI chunk (they also drop searing stones).
Anyone know any spots for low level (10) players, that have just come back to game and don’t have great transportation options? ;D
